One particular team embarked on a full cultural transformation programme with us, progressing from ‘storming’ to consistently ‘performing’ while having a positive, thriving and compassionate team environment in just eight months. Using a blend of executive + group coaching and facilitation tools, we guided 15 highly skilled and passionate individuals to thrive while creating an inclusively safe team environment - unlocking their full potential as a high-performing team.
