Inclusive high performance learning programme in action

Summary

A leading beauty and luxury brand partnered with us since 2022 to design and lead their L&D Inclusive high performance programme - developing inclusive leadership, emotional intelligence and high-performance skills such as effective feedback, growth mindset, cultural intelligence. In 2024, it expanded with four new workshops for managers and employees across head office and retail, blending skill development with group coaching.
