We start with a chemistry session to explore your leadership challenges, aspirations, and coaching fit. If we move forward, you will complete a strengths-based and/or emotional intelligence assessment to shape your coaching journey.

Step 2: Coaching in action


Through practical, results-driven sessions, you’ll receive guidance, feedback, and challenges designed to push you towards your goals. You set the agenda - your coach keeps you accountable throughout.

Step 3: Ongoing support & momentum


Between sessions, you’ll have check-ins to track progress, refine strategies, and embed transformation. Remote support is also available as needed.

Step 4: Evaluate, celebrate, & move forward


At the end of the programme, we will reflect on your progress, refine your next steps, and equip you with a tailored action plan for sustained success, before we say ‘au revoir!’.
