PUIG invited us to run a workshop for 30 EMEA HR senior leaders to share the basics of building inclusive high-performing cultures in their respective country. Using cultural competence and emotional intelligence, we created a space for deep learning and reflection. Attendees shared that they felt truly seen and valued the opportunity to challenge their perspectives, broaden their understanding and develop actionable plans for meaningful change.
We later delivered a 2-hour workshop to train the same cohort to run ‘inclusive focus groups’ using the data from a recent employee survey.
