Nike
Nike’s Social Impact team invited us to lead a half-day workshop on strengths-based leadership and resilience for 13 leaders of community-led charities they support. The feedback was overwhelmingly positive, with the impact described as ‘perfect and tremendous.’
This led to an invitation to return the following year to run a similar workshop with a new cohort of 12 charity leaders. We were also asked to run a separate session to coach the Nike Social Impact team, helping them reset and establish new cultural rhythms for 2025 around collaboration and efficiency.
