Case study
Maison Francis Kurkjian
The Challenge: post-restructure, the team found themselves in a state of 'storming,' characterised by misalignment and fragmented communication. Despite their shared passion and openness to change, they struggled to unify their efforts towards the brand's ambitious goals.
High Fifteen's intervention: to address these challenges, High Fifteen facilitated a two-day offsite retreat at a serene vineyard, providing an ideal setting for reflection and collaboration. Vanessa led the initiative, designing sessions aimed at rediscovering individual and collective strengths as well as fostering a renewed united team spirit.
The team got to redefine a team mission, values and expected behaviours. More importantly they got to know each other in a way that is conducive to the best results for the brand.
Tools used: psychometrics, compassionate yet direct facilitation, active listening and strategic foresight.
Outcomes: The retreat achieved fabulous results:
• Renewed focus: leaders departed with a clear understanding of their roles and a collective strategy to achieve the company's financial targets.
• Enhanced interpersonal connections: the shared experiences fostered stronger bonds, leading to improved collaboration and communication.
• Positive behavioural shifts: the newfound cohesion manifested in more effective teamwork and a supportive work environment.
