We delivered a half-day workshop for all UK and Ireland store directors and the Retail leadership team at Mango, equipping them with insights on inclusive culture dynamics, fostering belonging, developing a growth mindset, and creating an inclusive team environment.
The impact was significant - the insights shared have shaped their people strategies and supported the regional manager in strengthening Mango’s commitment to being a people-first company.
