Invited to speak at Levi’s HQ in Belgium, Vanessa delivered a powerful keynote on career progression, networking and growth mindset to 120 senior women - earning a standing ovation and a host of compliments. The audience was left to feel so inspired that Vanessa was invited to run a series of 3-hour workshops to follow-up on the insights and provide a safe space for senior women to overcome their limiting beliefs and define a plan of action. Vanessa was then requested to come back and serve as the emcee for their gender equity summit 2 years in a row, shaping conversations and enabling boldness, connection and progress to happen.
